my passion

Not everybody knows that I have talent into drawing. When I was young my past time was not playing Barbie dolls but coloring different coloring books. I even joined different drawing contest and luckily represented our school for the Centennial drawing contest by ABC Channel 5.

I’m very interested in any arts and crafts stuff. I made my own paper doll dresses and doll house out of different materials and I even collected cute design stationeries. My passion into arts and crafts continued until I grow up, but using new materials. 

When I was a high school student, I got interested in doing cross-stitch and up to now. Since I’m not that out-going person and just stay at home, I keep myself busy doing cross-stitch, whether it is a pattern of religious, landscape, fairies, flowers and etc. Now I kept number of finished work and some were not yet frames.

Some of my works were displayed at home, sometimes I gave it as a gift to my closest friend and although I didn’t intend to sell it, some of my works were sold. If they see my work they admired it and they force me to sell it. I keep on thinking whether I will sell it or not, because seeing my finished work is such unexplainable feeling since it’s full of hard work. (see all my finished cross-stitch art works)

Now I want to learn a new hobby like papertole or clay art. It’s nice to have a passion or an interest pursued for pleasure or relaxation.

awww. I adore your works! it’s so creative of you ate Rachel. Me too, I enjoy doing crafts.. kasu naku ang hirap hirap as in talaga ng cross stitching. naiinis aku jan. hmp! it gives me a certain thumb wounds to finish a book-sized cross stitch. ahaha. maybe I should try going back on that :D

Wee, you must be really good sa field na yan sis. Nakuu, since you asked, I’m most into computers talaga, since 2001. Nung nagkaroon kami ng comp shop. More on HTML and adobe photoshop. Weee, aun lang nmn hobby ko. Will enter the cross-stitching world soon. I find that very interesting kasi. ;)

Wow, super daming cross-stich works! Nakakaloko sa dami oh. ö ang gaganda pa ng pattern. I used to like to do this thing pero sumasakit mata ko sa kakatingin sa butas. LOL :D

Hmm, aside sa blogging. Mahilig akong manggulo ~ ano ba yon, joke lang. Napapaisip tuloy ako, bakit parang kahit nagaaral ako e bum pa rin ako. :((

I too tried cross stitch when I was small. I even enjoyed sewing my own barbie doll clothes. Now though my passion is web design. I got good at it just by reading tutorials. Anyways ganda nang mga work mo

ayos! hobby mo rin pala drawing noon. hehe.. cross stitching is also a nice hobby. oks ang mga gawa mo :D ang sipag mo grabe. hehe

ako naman hobby/interest ko anything related to arts from painting to film = i lab!

naku sis! nung grade school ako hilig ko rin magcross stitch..fave kong subject nga “HELE” haha kasi mga ganyan ung ginagawa.

grabe ung mga nagawa mo sis mahirap…i mean parang antagal kung matapos mo yan haha..ansipag magcross stitch. kami mostly mga nakahang dito sa wall, cross stitch din mga gawa namin hehe..since grade school.

Wow ate rachel, you really did those cross stitches? It shows how patient person you are. Di tulad ko, gusto tapos agad parang ganun. :) ang gaganda pa nung ginawa mo.Yung beauty of lighthouse, ganu mo katagal bago natapos un? ang daming colors grabe.
