23 Days

I want to go somewhere else where I will be relax and pamper. I was lucky that my HR and Project Manager allowed me to use my vacation leave and that’s why I’m looking for a perfect place for me to visit. I want to take this long vacation before I start to my new job. I’m a bit nervous and worried as I got some feedbacks regarding that company that it was more serious than the usual worked I’ve done. And I’m back to regular and normal work schedule like going to work from Monday to Friday and having a rest day in Saturday and Sunday. I will miss my 4 days off and 4 days on schedule.

I want to visit some places that I’ve never been like Baguio, Puerto Galera and Boracay. But the problem is the busy scheduled of my friends and other people I want to come with me.

I already asked permission from my father to allow me to go to those far places and fortunately he allowed me. Maybe he realized that I need some break because since I was in college I never have this long vacation. Mapua have quarter sem system and were only given one week sem break and along with this is the enrollment. And during my college days my daily routine was school-home-church and nothing more. After I finished my college I immediately started to work and even I transferred to another company I was not given this kind of long vacation or break.

That’s why I really want to take this opportunity to have some relaxation before I go back to my busy and serious world.

Can you please help me to give some places I may consider visiting? I have 23 days left to visit those places.

By the way, we watched World Pyro Olympic 2008 last May 3, you can view my post here.

That’s great! Vacation is great! Well, I’ve never been to Puerto Galera (but my sister said that this place is pretty nice) and Boracay, but I must say Baguio is good!

Anna May 11th, 2008 at 4:36 pm

You graduated from Mapua pala? I have a batchmate from HS studying there and I believe mas worse siya compared to me (kasi diba sa CSB trimester.. pero tama lang yung vacation namin for me.. bitin nga lang, lolz).

I mean she goes back to school when the peak of the summer is just about to get to her.

If you want to get out from everything.. try going to summer spots na hindi matao. Kasi usually kung saan matao mas mahal doon. My friends went to Subic.. basta may beaches doon na hindi matao (people go crazy over Bora every summer), or try mo din sa Bohol. :) Happy searching! :D

Laarni May 12th, 2008 at 7:50 am

Have fun, ayt? and take photos! :D

hmm. I would pick boracay!

Sandra May 12th, 2008 at 10:23 am

Shai May 12th, 2008 at 12:38 pm

sis if you really want to relax, why not try Bohol instead of Bora, mejo commercialized na kasi ang bora so mas at peace siguro pag bohol na lang :)

Frutee May 12th, 2008 at 1:10 pm

Well, I wanted to go on a vacation to Palawan, supposedly, but my dad wouldn’t let me. I was pretty annoyed, all I have to pay was the plane ticket, the rest, the food and the housing would be shouldered by my friend who owned a resort there. :) Its such a waste but then again, I know he is just worried about me. :)

belated happy mothers’ day to your mom. :)

Rachel May 12th, 2008 at 7:11 pm

@ Grace - sabi nga nila if maganda ang school mas madaling nakakakuha ng work, siguro hindi naman totally kasi dumaan din ako sa pagwawalk in kung san sang company. sipag at tiyaga din.

@ Abby - never been to Baguio

@ Shai - correct. Bohol is more peaceful than Bora.

Thanks Everyone!

Have fun on your break! :)

Honeul May 13th, 2008 at 12:28 am

btw, off topic: link ex?

Kistlove May 13th, 2008 at 1:59 pm

The perfect vacation depends on what your lifestyle is. :) If you enjoy adventure or pampering yourself, then there are alot of places that offer that. You just need to Google it away. :)

ethel May 14th, 2008 at 1:14 pm

Hope you enjoy your vacation, labyo!
