I’m sorry for not updating that much this past few weeks and also visiting your websites. Currently I’m too busy completing all the requirements I need to submit with my new company.
Yes again like the other 2 years, I keep on transferring into new company. And thankfully I always hired by good companies (Procter Gamble (via CPI) and Hewlett Packard (via Ajilon). But sometimes even the company was good there are some factors that urge us to go or look for another place to work.
Maybe that’s the usual peculiarity of people now a day, not being contented with so many things. Count me there, not contented with my work! I can’t elaborate why, but there are so many reasons and mind you it’s not just me.
That’s why I’m so busy getting those required application forms, certifications, ID’s, clearances etc. and waiting in long lines just to get a single paper. I already signed the contract with my new company yesterday and Genghis the HR person assigned to assist me was very nice and accommodating. I’m considering the idea of giving him a simple token after I submit all my requirements as a sign of my gratitude for his assistance.
Maybe I will start with the new company by first week of June because my 30 days notice of resignation was only accepted today. But I checked my scheduled shift and luckily it was only up to May 25, so I still have a one week to relax and prepare. Go to the beach?!

Whenever I was in graveyard shift I’m always excited to see the sun rises as it signals me that after few minutes I can now go home and take a rest. It’s too hard for me to be awake for more than 14 hours straight. And we all know that there was a big difference taking a sleep at night than day time.
But today will be different from the other days I’m always excited going home after work. I know that if I come home this morning, my father will be already in the airport waiting for his flight. After his three months vacation here in the Philippines, he was scheduled to go back again to Saudi, where he used to be working for fast few years, but now with new company.
We already used with this arrangement, that he just comes here once in a year for a couple of weeks or months. We all need to sacrifice for us to have a good living and support all our needs. But I know it’s much harder for him to be separated from us and be there staying abroad alone. Although there are many OFW working in Saudi, it’s still different being with your own family.
But with his new company, as part of the agreement we are given this privilege to visit him there. And the good thing about it, we don’t need to spend any cost because his company will be the one who answer all our expenses.
Okay enough for that I just want to say we will miss our Tatay Dey (father) and we love him so much.
